Safety & Emergency Contacts
If you're in immediate danger, don't wait to reach Track House — call the number below first.
112
Nigeria's toll-free national emergency line
Free to call, works on any network (even without airtime or a SIM). Connects you to police, fire, and medical emergency response.
Before You Meet Anyone
- Meet in a safe, public place for inspections, item exchanges, and roommate meetups — never at an unfamiliar private address alone.
- Tell a friend or family member where you're going and who you're meeting, especially for a property inspection or picking up a marketplace item.
- Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong before or during a meetup, it's okay to leave.
- Save your school's campus security line (if you have one) in your phone ahead of time — Track House doesn't have access to that number to list it here, since it's different for every institution.
Reporting an Issue on Track House
For anything that isn't a live emergency — a suspicious listing, a user behaving inappropriately, a scam attempt — use the report button on the relevant listing/profile, or reach the Track House team directly through the Feedback page. This goes to a real review queue, not an emergency line — for anything urgent or dangerous, call 112 first.
