Frequently asked questions

Is Track House free to use?

Browsing, listing, messaging, and using the marketplace are free. Paid services and transaction fees may apply where stated. Rent, room reservations, and Marketplace "Buy Now" payments made through Track House are processed by Paystack, with funds held pending the required confirmation before release to the recipient.

Business partners and agents may also choose an optional monthly subscription. Marketplace users can arrange exchanges directly outside Track House if both parties agree, but those transactions are not covered by Track House's in-app payment process.

How do I become a Verified Agent or Business Partner?

Register as a Student or Agent first, then apply from your dashboard. Both require submitting identification for review by the My Track House team before approval. Approval isn't instant, as each application is reviewed to help maintain a trusted community.

Does Track House verify every property?

Not every property on My Track House is verified. Look for the Verified badge to identify properties that have passed My Track House's verification checks. Verification is reviewed by the My Track House team and is not automatic, so unverified properties may still appear on the platform. Always follow our safety guidance, inspect the property in person, and confirm the relevant details before making any payment or commitment. A Verified badge does not guarantee legal ownership, property condition, or continued availability.

Can I use Track House on my phone?

Yes, every page is responsive and works in a mobile browser. There's no separate app yet.
